Singular Value Decomposition used as a matrix factorization algorithm.
The SVD is computed using TruncatedSVD from sklearn. This computes three matrices \(U, \Sigma, V\) such that \(U \times \Sigma \times V = X\).
Matrix \(U\) is used as the user embedding and the item embeddings are computed as \(\Sigma \times V\).

num_components (int) – The size of the embeddings.
seed (int, optional) – The seed for the random state to allow for comparison, defaults to None

After fitting the model will be ready to use for prediction.
This function will handle some generic bookkeeping for each of the child classes,
The fit function gets timed, and this will get printed
